This Is Not Generic Advice

We work on the decision in front of you.

The Things I Wish Someone Told Me approach is built around the conversations people often postpone until the consequences are expensive. Coaching brings that work into your real situation.

What are we actually deciding?
What have we assumed instead of discussed?
What would each choice cost us?
What needs to be said before we move forward?

What People Bring Into The Room

The moments where love alone is not enough information.

You do not need a perfect relationship story before you ask for help. You need a real question, a willingness to look at it properly and enough honesty to stop pretending the difficult part will solve itself.

Moving in together
Engagement and marriage decisions
Money, boundaries and expectations
Communication and recurring conflict
Trust after betrayal or cheating
Whether to stay, repair or walk away

Before we begin, is anyone in immediate danger or dealing with threats, violence, coercive control or a mental-health crisis?

This helps us keep coaching in the right lane. Coaching is not emergency or safeguarding support.

How It Works

A clear process from first question to next move.

The work is structured enough to keep momentum without turning your relationship into a project-management exercise. The coaching practice is managed through CoachForge so scheduling, goals, action items and follow-up stay organised.

01

Find the right level of support

Use the Coaching Path Finder or choose a package directly. The goal is to match the depth of support to the size of the issue.

02

Complete the private intake

Before we meet, you set out the decision, the history that matters and what you want to be different by the end of the work.

03

Work the real issue

Sessions focus on what is actually happening, not vague relationship advice. We separate facts, fears, assumptions, expectations and choices.

04

Leave with a next move

Every engagement is designed to end in greater clarity, stronger conversations and specific actions you understand and own.

Built From The Same Framework

The books ask the questions. Coaching helps you work through your answers.

Coaching connects directly to the Things I Wish Someone Told Me series. Dating, moving in, engagement, marriage, trust, children, blended families, separation and starting again all sit inside one decision-focused framework.

A Clear Boundary

Coaching is not therapy or crisis intervention.

Coaching is designed for decision-making, communication, goals and forward action. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, emergency support, legal advice or specialist safeguarding. When safety or crisis is involved, specialist local support comes first.

Questions Before You Begin

Know what you are stepping into.

Do both people have to attend?

No. Relationship decisions often begin with one person needing clarity. I work with individuals and couples. If you attend as a couple, both voices are treated as equally important to the process.

Will you tell us whether to stay together or leave?

No. The work is designed to help you see the decision more clearly, ask better questions and understand the consequences of the available choices. The final decision remains yours.

What if I do not know which coaching package I need?

Use the Coaching Path Finder on this page. It asks about the size of the issue, how long it has been present, what outcome you want and how much follow-through would help. It then suggests a starting path.

Is this only for relationships in crisis?

No. Some of the best coaching happens before the crisis. Dating, moving in, engagement, marriage, money and family decisions are easier to work through before resentment or urgency takes over.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Sessions are online and are designed for clients in different countries and time zones. Prices are shown in US dollars so the offer stays simple across markets.

How is the coaching managed?

The practice is managed through CoachForge. Scheduling, client information, goals, action items and session follow-up stay organised in one private coaching workspace.

Is relationship coaching therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-looking, educational and decision-focused. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, crisis support, legal advice or a substitute for specialist safeguarding services.
